On the Go Workouts

 All of my clients are in the corporate world or always traveling. Sometimes they take 2 week trips they don't even know about until the day before they leave. So I get being disciplined and regimented is difficult. However, with all the devices, workouts, websites and media out here devoted to health and fitness, working out anywhere is super convenient. 

 

My best kept secret is mini bands. Bands really do make all the world of a difference for one movement being easy to a whole other level of difficulty.

 

-You can take a pushup and add the bands around legs or wrists for additional tension. 

 

-Reverse Lunges with bands are my favorite booty builders. 

 

-Banded abduction for glutes

 

-Lateral lunges or walking
