It's Not Stress, It's Your Reaction

February 9, 2017

The root of evil..nope not money, stress. Think about it, we get stressed over everything including money, money is definitely a factor but because of us stressing it....it tends to be a mirage as the root of all evil. Stress encompasses emotional, physical and mental, even spiritual or religious. Stress tends to be higher, oddly enough, in more First World countries. In countries that have limited resources and monetary competition and technological advances, the people seem to share what they have and praise what they know.

I created this website to educate and inspire; it was born out of a place of stress. I do what I can when I can.I hit an all time low, becoming extremely ill, not happy with work or many relationships of any sort. I decided I had to pursue my broad dreams of helping others through spreading knowledge and motivation to conquer what the mind and heart desires. The purpose of me telling you this is to let you know that great things come from bad places. To have vision and faith through a time when you may not be able to see.

Stop stressing, try to find your purpose, it may take months, years, you might even figure it out at 60 but in the meantime, do what you love. Life is too short to stress over everything. Instead of worry about social media, reality show drama, try to at least believe that things like death, poverty with no means of eating and know that there are real life stressors in this world and sweating the small stuff will only magnify it.

Find purpose. Find love. Find positivity. Find Faith and hope. Find yourself through doing things that bring a smile to your face. Find something to release your stress and imagine that your stress may be something that another person may never even worry about because they don't drive a car, don't receive a paycheck, don't pay a cell phone bill, never went to school primary or secondary, never got to eat at a restaurant or go to a movie....

Stress

----see it

----take a moment and breathe

----find something that makes you smile

----If the opportunity presents itself, do something that makes you smile

----Know that it potentially could be worse

----Remain faithful in knowing something good will be a result of this. Things happen for a reason
