3 Reasons to Get Your Butt to The Gym

1. You will literally feel better after. 

Although getting yourself up, dressed and out the door to get there is the hardest part, once you're in there doing it, you're increasing endorphins and dopamine levels are going up! Translation; you get happier and you end up having more energy! 

 

2. You won't regret it

"I hate that I just improved my mind and body"- said no one ever. You'll thank yourself

 

3. Forget the obvious health benefits... there is a chance you can make a new friend or meet a new romance. 

If you work all the time, it's could to have people outside of work to connect with. A gym buddy. If you feel like you could benefit from another person by your side with similar goals, you have a new group fitness friend or cardio pal. If you're single, well the gym is full of bachelors and bachelorettes.
