Plain and simple.
The most common question I get asked in the gym.
"I'm trying to lose this all around my stomach"
It's what you're putting into your body. That's the culprit. My favorite phrase of all time when it comes to health and fitness >You cannot out work a bad diet.
Instead of complaining about it, realize what you're eating and digesting is under your control. So take control. If you want to look better and feel better, it's ultimately up to you. How bad do you want it?
Instead of grabbing a quick Dunkin' Donuts fix or Starbucks bagel and low-fat cream cheese, (which doesn't mean sugar free), have snacks with you. Set yourself up to succeed. Carry a yogurt, almonds, a bag or container of fruit, hard boiled eggs, sunflower seeds, even dried fruit which has a high sugar contents is still better than overly processed fast food.
Start making better choices and I literally GUARANTEE that stomach will flatten out. Cut out the crap. POINT BLANK.
People act surprised when they drop serious pounds after cutting out pizza, ice cream, soda or other notoriously processed and sugar filled foods, but this is no surprise to me at all. The sugar in these things is causing your organs to indulge on chemicals not meant for our bodies, not meant for us to process naturally, so the side effect is fat storage.
It's simple, eat better. No really, that's it. There is no magic pill sorry. Take all the fat burners you want but without hard work and dedication...you'll hit a plateau.
