Try this routine 4 times, 5 if you're feeling like digging into your gut and burning a bit more fat!
What you need:
10 pound + Weighted ball (If you don't have a ball you can do a body weight jump squat)
2- 5 pound weights
10 Slam Balls (or jump squats)
10 Squat pulses
20 Mountain Climbers
20 Jumping Jacks holding dumbbells
20 V ups
30 Second plank
DO IT AGAIN
TIP> If you plank properly, dig your elbows towards your feet, downward and out.
