Here's 4 Bomb Holiday Cocktails That Won't Make You Feel Gross in the Morning.
Juice of 2 oranges (reserve peel for garnish)
¼ cup coconut sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon ginger
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
5 ounces vodka
Sprig of rosemary, for garnish
To make the cranberry puree: In a medium saucepan, combine orange juice, coconut sugar, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, and cranberries. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Set aside and let it cool. Blend the cranberry mixture in a blender, then strain.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the cranberry puree and the vodka and shake well; strain into 4 to 5 glasses. Top with sparkling water, and garnish with rosemary sprig and orange wedge.
1 1/2 oz. of brandy, scotch, or bourbon
7 oz. hot water
3/4 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 star anise, cinnamon stick, or 3-5 cloves
1-2 thin slices of lemon for garnish
In a heatproof glass, stir together bourbon, hot water, honey, lemon juice, and spices.
Garnish with lemon slices.
Light Nutella Eggnog
Heat 1 1/2 cups milk in a medium size saucepan. Cut vanilla bean in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Add the pods and seeds to the milk. Bring to a simmer and let thicken, about 6 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk eggs, egg yolk, sugar and flour/cornstarch together until fully mixed. Once milk mixture has thickened, add it to the bowl of egg mixture. Carefully whisk them together. Immediately pour the egg/milk mixture back into the saucepan. Let simmer again until thick, stirring constantly) until mixture thicks to the back of a spoon), or about 6 – 8 minutes. *Do not skip the stirring part, otherwise the mixture will congele.
Once thickened, remove from the heat and stir in the cream to stop the cooking. Whisk in the Nutella until fully mixed. Place eggnog on an ice bath, whisking constantly, until cooled. *Do not skip this part either, or else the mixture will thicken too quick into a pudding like substance. Once chilled, whisk in rum and serve!

4 Ounces of vodka
1/4 teaspoon of peppermint extract
8 ice cubes
8 mini candy canes
1 Cup of pomegranate juice
2 TBsps of chopped, fresh mint
Combine juices, vodka, peppermint and 1/2 cup water in a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into 8 shot glasses.
Garnish with candy canes and mint.
